Spiral CCC separation of Proteins
 

Solvent system: PEG (MW=1000) 12.5%/K2HPO4 12.5%, two-aqueous phases, PEG in upper layer, CCC run with lower phase mobile, upper phase stationary,1 ml/min, 840 rpm detection at 280 nm.

CCC sample load: Myoglobin (17.67 kDa) 25 mg and

Lysozyme (14.39 kDa) 31 mg,
