Spiral CCC separation of Peptides

Sample mix of 3 penta-decapeptides as shown above.  Single spiral rotor in 1%Tfa /sec-butanol in elution mode L-i-T, 800 rpm, 2 ml/min. Sf = 88%.  HPLC analysis of fractions.  HPLC with 0.1%Tfa/acetonitrilegradient with C-18 column.   Note order of elution of two peptides different in HPLC.  Synthetic peptides have been purified in up to 100-mg amounts in single spiral and STS rotors.  Results are in publications listed.
